Rule Number One: You wear your seat belt when you're in my car. Period. Or the car magically won't start. If you refuse after one minute, I will kick you out of my car and you can bloody well walk. This rule is non-negotiable in any way, shape, or form -- because if I ever get a ticket for no seat belt, you're paying for it.
