I've seen people work circuit training, and it looks like a good challenging workout. Also, a good way to keep it interesting. I may have to try that out sometime.

It's definitely interesting as long as I see the progress. The second time I increased the weights and I haven't had sore muscles except in the lower back again whose exercise doesn't involve weights. I intend to up them again the next time. My couch also told me that the exercise plan will change after a month to keep things fresh and challenging.
