There is one thing....

The Prof is the one giving out the marks. On a subject like that, you need to regurgitate what the Prof expects. The prof doesn't give a flying Fu&& if you know more about TCP/IP than he does. You've got to show him respect cause he's the prof and you're the student.

You're in university, and learning is irrelevant.

That would be true in most universities but the ETS has weird dynamics ruling it's internals. I have a meeting with the Prof, when he made a link with the 32% and the "student" it belonged to, he immediately contacted me and told me that the grade I got "does not reflect" my involvement in class (and thorough discussions on the subject of the OSI layered model and it's application)
