Lately I have been avoiding the news casts like the plague because many of the things that I hear seriously irritate me, especially many of the items regarding the upcoming presidential election. In the past, (more recent than not), I have been known to dwell on unhealthy subjects, brooding until my blood pressure makes the little turkey timer on
