so i just got back from mercer county championships. think the fastest runners you've ever seen, then triple their speed and you have the average level of competition. i ran a pr in the 200 meters, 24.3 seconds. then kind of feel asleep for the rest of the meet.. i'm really happy about how everyone ran though, it was an amazing morning
