There's actually an official art that has Wolfram in his pink nightgown and he's wearing slippers of some sort. It's a DVD cover if I remember correctly, and Yuuri and Greta are also on it.

I'm cosplaying the nightgown next month, and I picked up some soft pink slippers with tiny bows on the front ^__^ it seems to work well.

Second the pink slipper.

A girl last year at Anime North did Wolfram in the nightgown and had slippers on. Plus wearing heels all day kills your feet even if they are comfertable >_<

If you wanted to go for the barefoot look, you could conceivably get ballet slippers or some other very thin nude-colored shoe....from a distance they look like they're not there. This is what I get from three years in colorguard ^^;;;;;

But I still move for the porn heels. Seriously. Wolfram in porn heels >D
