Does Momiji Sohma (from Fruits Basket) resemble a tinier, much more happier Wolfram or what?

Momiji does look like little Wolf.
Just change the eyes to green and he looks like a cute happy version of little Wolf.

I've always thought that too. Although I think that Wolfram and Momiji look the most alike, I've also noticed a few other similair looking characters.
