Bad news for German readers, and all of us, really

I've been waiting and waiting for Carlsen Verlag to release some more KKM novels in German.  I like to wait until there's a decent sized order to save on shipping costs. I was getting worried because it's been so long with no new volumes, and did a web search just now -- I found this page, in which the person says that she wrote Carlsen Verlag, and ( Read more... )

The German novels are no more? I pretty much live on the German to English fan translations......

Ugh, that is terribly depressing. This series really isn't having any luck outside of Japan, is it?

That is indeed depressing. And here I was taking my time coz I anyway haven't finished the books I've bought. Off to buy the remaining ones... We need to support the series!

One side of my family is Swiss-German and recently, I've been learning the language. I thought "Ah, this works out great, German would be a lot easier for me to start reading than Japanese, surely!" and I could buy the novels, since they were never released in English.

So, as others have said, I'm off to support the series!

Though... I really hope they don't end up stopping completely....

I searched through their forum and it really seems they put it on ice for now but they don´t want it to stop completely so they think about releasing the remaining volumes as e-books. Let´s hope the japanese give their ok, so we can read the rest of the story....
