Funimation confirmed via its forum that some of the Geneon licenses they picked up will be allowed to expire, and it appears there are no plans to re-acquire them. Kyo Kara Maoh is one of the titles listed in the announcement.

All i'm waiting for is the news that there's going to be a season 4 or at least another set of OVAs for KKM

I'm not sure to have understood...This means that there is a 4th season/OVAs not licensed? But There really is a 4th season? By the way Someone knows something about the Manga? Teh english version (before Tokiopop closed) is stopped at volume 7
