Conrad calls them Sourin Katabira Flowers in the fandub. I'll check my funimation dubbed version for you. :3

They're kinda red/orange combinations. Not sure on when they're supposed to be blooming. But I think in this case, the story line might be set in late summer/early fall? So maybe they bloom in spring? But if they're not in the castle then I don't think they're ones that Lady Cel created.

No problem. I think they're flowers that are native to Shin Makoku. Soypants and I were discussing this earlier because I had originally thought they may be a hybrid created by Lady Celli, but that's not the case. XD I'm glad I checked it again and made sure. Let me know if you need help with anything else. :) I'm sorry I couldn't give you a correct estimate on when they're supposed to bloom.
