1) The time is 5/1, in shin Makoku the time past 5 times more faster than in the ear I think. For example 1 day is equal to 5 in Shin Makoku. I talk about this whit a frien and we come to this conclusion, it's nothing official but aproximately. We want a good reference in days whit the time diference and we think that it's good.

2) I think that it's unknown in the novel too...I don't really sure and I can't estimate anything xD

3)Oh this question I never can response to myself well xDDD. But I'm not sure if Cheri was married whit Conrart's father, I understand that she don't marry whit him but them was in love and have a child. The fathers of Conrart go away and she meets the father of Wolf when she married. I think that all have to be whit Dunheely is an human, maybe them didn't can marry....I see all of these like a RomeoxJuliet. I only know the history from the anime, but will be nice to can read what say the novel.

but the 5/1 thing doesn't make sense when you look at Yuuri's stays. there's quite a few times he says he's been there for months and it's only been a second on earth. Yuuri disappears in the middle of a dolphin show in season 1 and Yuuri and Murata both leave through a puddle when Yuuri's trying to catch a pop-fly, meaning a good part of the team's watching, so they'd have to come back almost immediately. a wardrobe change you can talk your way out of, but how would people react watching someone disappear from a puddle. at least he came back out the same place he went in.

and 3) in episode 41 Ulrike tells Celi that Shinou approved her marrying Conrart's father. was Celi married to Wolfram's dad?

I can only partially answer question no.2

According to a drama cd, Celi married Gwen's dad before she became Maou. But she didn't mention if Gwen was born before or after.

it is Celi after all. episode 41 is where these questions came from, when Abandoning!Weller(i like this!) came back and they were sitting on the couch i was like 'whaa?'

but the Maoh being allowed to marry more than one... there's a fanfic twist.
