I’ve wondered the same thing.

I googled their store front cached page but couldn’t get an email address to them. I did find their snail mail address however. Hope that helps.

I paid for mine through paypal so found an email address on there, don't know if it will go through or not since its a discountanimedvd address.

They were sued by funanimation for selling bootlegs.
