It was Miyano Mamoru, you might have heard it before, he voiced Tamaki in Ourah High host club. Zero in Vampire Knights, Raito in Death note and another million of anime XDDD They changed it tho, int eh previous episode he appeared he wasn't voiced by Miyano...that might be why on the info websites there is another seyuu for him...
