I'm sure that got certain peoples' priorities straight.

Ridiculous, each and every one of these pathetic curses.

Hm... I might need to invest in more hostesses and hosts for the restaurant extension. Polite ones who won't talk BACK.

The City seems to amuse itself at our expense, Miibu-san. It is good to see that you were unaffected.

There are quite a few talented dancers amongst us geiko, Miibu-san. As well as with the maiko. I think you will be pleased with our practice performances.

[ooc:... I need geiko icons ^^ *searches*]

Thank goodness no one saw. So I have noticed, Makie-dono. It would be improper not to mark the coming of seasons as tradition requires in a teahouse.

There have been gifts coming in for you, if you have not seen them already. I am glad to see your reputation holding well with our patrons.

[ooc; Oh yes *_*]

Mm. Of course, Miibu-san. Any special guests in mind for the ceremonies?

I have. I am flattered by it all, but it is also a good sign that they shall be returning to the Koukakurou more often, is it not?

Heh, none that come to mind immediately. However, with the implementation of our performance quarters, I'm sure we can house more interested parties than we originally would have had we been in Kyoto. Interesting, how this place's magic works...

Your presence alone will draw us an abundant amount of customers, of that I have no doubt. I wonder, though...

I assume they are nonexistent in your world, or you are in all probability, thoroughly sheltered.

Geiko are entertainers and artisans of Japanese culture, trained in the arts and cultural performances. They are generally hostesses, to guide and accompany guests.
