I met up with some old friends, met some new people, and all in all had a lovely day sitting at a table, and I get to do it all again tommorow. Having 2 days of expo is awesome but I am strangely tired for all the sitting on my ass, pimping my art wares. But it was worth it. I sold several decks (only 2 left) but the books need some moving! T'was indeed a great day, wasn't it? :) Glad we got one o' your decks AND a signed book. Awesome! :)

It did feel a little slower, didn't it? I wasn't sure.

Well organized show, and I had a lot of fun. As I said last year, Calgary has needed something like this for a long time.

I kinda felt bad for the two Star Wars media guests... their booths were pretty quiet most of the day... even Kevin Sorbo never seemed overly jammed. (George Takei and Tricia Helfer, on the other hand, were PACKED...and were both very cool people to talk with.)

Anyway... I'm nattering. Glad the first day went well for ya! :)

I couldn't see the Star Wars guys from where I was sitting but I saw that Sorba seemed to be pretty low attendance.
