I got the best thing in the mail last weekend. I have been anticipating this figure since it was first announced last... March? April? The wait was painfully long, but it is finally here!
Yeah, the Millia figure looks awesome! I just wish I knew more about her. Why has Tales of Xillia not had an English release yet? D:
You should play one! Abyss and Symphonia are both great! I haven't played the others yet, though I'm planning to buy Graces when I get the money and I may eventually buy an X-Box just to play Vesperia. Stupid Tales games. Why must they make one for EVERY console?
Oh God I agree about the console thing!! I'm planning on getting Graces F for the ps3, but a firm release date for the UK hasn't been announced yet, and I'm debating getting Tales for the Abyss on 3DS when it drops in price, since pretty much 80% of 3DS games seem to be going on sale on amazon.
I am! Though the only one I've finished is Symphonia (so no spoilers for the others, please). I'm a little over halfway through Abyss right now, and I plan to pick up Graces and maybe Vesperia when I have some extra spending money. Why must there be a Tales game on EVERY system? My wallet cannot handle this. XD
The 1/8 scale ones are usually around 5500-6000 yen, which translates to something like $80 with the current exchange rates.
The popular figures don't tend to depreciate in price though, I guess because they are only available for a few months? A few of my older anime figures have doubled or tripled in price since I bought them. (Not that I'm planning to resell mine or anything; I just found it interesting.)
Oh, he is. Long haired Luke is kind of a brat, and that's putting it nicely. XD
He slowly matures throughout the game though. He ends up cutting his hair halfway through as a symbolic gesture, to prove that he's trying to discard his old self.
The company that made this figure (Alter) has the best figures! There are a few Alter figures I've been tempted to buy even though I haven't watched or played the series they came from.

Though, at this point, I'd honestly be happy with any 1/8 scale Symphonia figures.

I've only played through Symphonia too, since I only own that and the one on GBA!

Phantasia, right? I still need to play that one too, though it's kind of at the bottom of my priority list since I prefer console RPGs.

How much do those generally go for?

I can see how that works though! It definitely makes sense to me anyway.

This is a really pretty figure. I don't know the game, but it looks like they did a great job.
