Baaaaaw, our oven is breaking. ;___; I guess I should have expected this sooner or later--the oven is older than I am--but I miss the days when it worked correctly. A month ago, I could throw in a fish for 30 minutes and have it come out all nice and crispy. I still don't even know what Pottermore IS.

I'm bitter about my bank being able to go through (my debit card) because it's UK based though. I wanted the damn books on my Kindle. Crying forever.

It's an online version of the first book with a few extra facts added in, along with some interactive stuff... I think. Tbh, I mostly care about the additional text that wasn't published in the books.

Wait, so the ebooks are only for the UK? Do they not take Paypal or credit cards or anything for international payments?

There is a US version but b/c pottermore is based in the UK banks will say LOLNO to international transactions sometimes, and they don't take PayPal at Pottermore's shop either! I was like :(

You can't get the UK version of hte book at all if you live in the US, even though it's a bloody DOWNLOADED FILE. :|

what console is that game for?

i recently found a way to pull videos off ps2 discs, but it pulls them off in native resolution (aka: tiny) so im not sure if thats helpful...

also capturing your own gameplay isn't TOO difficult, its just getting the right hardware. I've been looking into it myself because i love vidya gaems and i do too many dumb things i want to share and have.......er....lacking......ways of doing that. :I so yeh.

Path of Radiance is for the Gamecube and Radiant Dawn is for the Wii. The best footage I've found is some uploads on Youtube, but they're kind of small and not the best quality. I also found a couple of downloads on random sites, but one was since taken down and the other made my antivirus program go crazy.

My main problem is that I don't have the hardware, and I don't want to spend money on it when the 10-20 minutes of cutscenes from FE are literally the only things I would want to capture.

I got annoyed at Pottermore, in one of the updates they removed showing you where you rank in Hogwarts/your house because of your house points, and only shows the top 20 of each house ): Lost all competitiveness

Way to go, Pottermore. I don't understand what's taking them so long. If it's due to server issues, that's one thing. But if it's due to that stupid potion game or something, I wish they would open the site. I don't CARE about making potions. I just want to get in.

I'm more of a Ravenclaw than a Slytherin (because all my ambition is used for academic pursuits), but Slytherin has always been my favorite house. The sorting hat does supposedly take your preference into account, so...

I'm still deciding whether I want to answer honestly on the Pottermore quiz or try to cheat so I get into Slytherin.
