My LJ notifications were working just fine up until I posted my auctions on pkmncollectors and updated my sales posts. Now I am getting exactly ZERO comment notifications, so I'm having to refresh three posts to make sure I'm not missing any questions/shipping quotes/etc. (Having to compare timestamps between posts instead of just looking at my

Well, this isn't perfect but it should help with one of your issues:

That puts all comments in time order, so you can just look at the last ones on the latest page, and don't have to worry about comparing timestamps.

I often use it when doing sales posts anyway (because I get separate email notifications for comments and replies to comments), but I do have to be a little careful that the person only left that one comment before giving them a total - maybe they commented again wanting to add things and I didn't see it, and the total I gave them was only for the first request.

Upon looking closer, that doesn't work quite so well when you have auctions in the post >_> But at least it tells you the order!

If someone edits a comment, does it put the comment at the original or the edited time?

Huh, I'm not sure actually! Editing comments to add more always makes it harder for sellers, doesn't it >_> I'd hope it shows the original time with the edit timestamp too, but I'd have to compare to be sure.

yea im with you on the LJ notifications. seems like whenever i'm about ready to get into posting everywhere it breaks in some way. I think the world is trying to tell me to stay off the internet. it wont work!!!!!!!!

LJ works for me most of the time. I don't know why it decided to break now. I wish it could have waited a day or two.

They are peanut butter cookies. I was planning to make these because I have been craving them for weeks and they are just about my favorite food ever, but I just realized that we have no Hershey's kisses. I mean, I guess I could make the cookies without the kisses, but it's just not the same. ;___;

It seriously breaks every time my friends and I are all online. we do an rp thing... ITS LIKE TRYING TO KILL THE FUN BEFORE IT STARTS. it makes me want to flip all of livejournal over. this is like the ...fourth time this has happened to us? though granted, this is easier because well, at least LJ loads unlike the other times. :|

I already had to switch getting comments from my email address to my LJ inbox, but I haven't gotten any today. I hope that doesn't mean they're dicking around with another change :\

Based on past experience, LJ notifs breaking doesn't really mean anything. (Though they might be working on some more changes. They still have a new layout to release at some point.)

LJ notifications started acting up for me yesterday evening. Some comments I would get a notification for while others there seemed to be a bit of a delay. I hope I don't have this problem when I do my next sales post...:\

All of mine seem to be on a 2+ hour delay. It wouldn't bother me so much except this is the biggest sales post I've done in a long time.

I understand, when I do sales I want notifications a.s.a.p and in close order to who replied first! I had a slue of delayed replies in my e-mail inbox today. As soon as I get them caught-up I plan to post some quick sales...;)
