My mother is awesome!

Feb 16, 2010 21:23

After 8 days of waiting for my Valentines day package from my mother, it finally came. It has the school supplies I've been waiting on, some spare towels since I accidentally left mine at home, a few random gifts that I didn't anticipate, and candy. Lots and lots of candy. Even though I told mom to go easy on the sweets.

Pictures. How exciting! )

my mother is awesome, valentines, fangirling, fire emblem

I'd share some with you if you were here. D: There is way too much chocolate for me to eat. I got a little overambitious with the Hershey's bars and now I feel a bit sick.

I'm still amazed at how much I love that game. I mean, I liked Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon, but I didn't really connect with any of the characters, and the plot showed obvious signs of age. There are so many characters I love in Path of Radiance, with Ike and Soren coming out on top.

Actually, I don't think there is a character I dislike... Maybe Bastian since his speeches give me a headache.

Not just any chocolate... chocolate MEN. 8D

Halfway through Twilight I began to wonder why I was still reading it. I've tried to sell it on ebay and even give it away at my mom's work place (they had a mini book drive) but no one wants it.

LOLLLLL THAT CHOCOLATE MAN IS THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN EVER FFFFFF. flsdjjkf. i am loling at that.

also if you blow up one of those marshmallow kitties in the microwave i demand pics.

also what flavor are those hello kitty jelly beans? FFFFFF jelly belly are like the best ever BUT HOW CAN THEY TASTE LIKE CATS WHAT.

:D That's awesome the game was so fun! XD It's amazing finding those games you can play through multiple times huh? My only one had been certain Zelda titles (Ocarina of Time the most and Majora's Mask I think) BUT YEA recently i've been finding more games like that. :I ITS AMAAAAAAAAZING~

I'm too scared to blow one up, for fear of setting off my dorm's smoke alarms and sprinklers.

I'm really bad at differentiating Jelly Beans, but I believe they're basic flavors like strawberry and cherry.

I used to play through Pokemon Red and Blue dozens of times, but they lost their appeal once I learned about IVs and EV training.

Aww man. THAT'S LAME cuz i bet it would be hilarious to see one of those cats all exploded and stuff. c.c

IT DOESNT SAY ON THE PACKAGING? usually they do that but fff those are good flavors anyway.

AND REALLY? FFFFF i've only ever played through ONE pokemon game and it was FireRed. (unless mystery dungeon counts, i've beat two of those, but never replayed any of them)

It probably does but the print is small, half my lightbulbs are burned out, and I have bad eyesight.

I think I've played through Red/Blue about 150 times. Most of those were during summer vacations after 5th and 6th grade. My neighborhood friends quit hanging out with me, so I played Pokemon instead. Granted, Pokemon was one of the only games I had at the time. Games and systems are expensive for a 10 year old.

I've microwaved peeps tons of times and I'm pretty sure you can get away with microwaving one of your kitties. 20 seconds or less and you should be fine. 15 if you want to be really safe.

I'm glad you finally got your package. ^_^

Hehe, Leviathan is sitting on my shelf and has been since release.

I should probably get around to reading it... I love the concept of it. Happy belated Single Persons awareness day. <3

We can read it together! :D

It feels kind of odd to start a new book since I haven't finished some of Scott Westerfield's other series.
