I had a healthy choice steamer bowl for lunch today, and it was a unique experience. The green beans in particular. The food steams above the sauce, and this made the beans kind of weird. They weren't exactly undercooked, but since they didn't cook in the sauce they were a strange consistency, and sort of squeaked as I chewed them. Somewhat

lol...whenever I make fresh beans, they turn out squeaky. I don't think it was the manufacturer, if that makes you feel any better. And I kind of like squeaky beans, but Will hates them. =)
