one time in volleyball my ankle was injured so i would sit on top of the closed stands watching my teammates practice. one day while they were all in a huddle, i was in the stands gazing off with mind elsewhere, when all of a sudden my coach and teammates start singing "oh SHEILLAAA" by the jackson 5.

coincidentally, i get scared at the sudden YELL, and fall to the ground, sprawl position.
