I feel stupid, I just found out how the friend features works on LJ. Newbie here, but I've been a fan of your arts for a long time now. Plus, I'm an avid obsessed X Files fan. I feel kind of lonely, actually. I barely have any friends on LJ. So I figured I'd friend people I have common interests with xD

The mood theme is by foxestacado

I'm not sure if you need a premium account or not. If you go under "customize journal style" and click on "Display" it should come up with where you can choose your mood theme. There should be a link to "edit/create custom mood themes".
