Aww, they're gorgeous! I love labradors, and even though I know it would break my heart every time, I've always fancied doing the puppy socialisation part for those going on to be guide dogs (or take in retired ones). It's so cool they're doing that ♥.

It's such a wonderful program. I know my family and I have discussed it before, but we decided we're just not that selfless; we'd never want to give the pup up. If it's something you think you could handle then you should totally go for it. Is this a now thing or a future thing? How would your cats handle a puppy?

It's definitely a future thing - I don't have the space or even a garden where I'm moving to. I think there'd be an adjustment period, but they'd be fine with a puppy. They're pretty adaptable and chilled - and they could teach it they like to be left alone.
