Other than Day of Vengeance, the collections I got from the library really aren't interesting me. I think I'll skip straight into Elfquest Archives vol. 1. I keep hearing my geeky friends swoon over Elf Quest, but I've not read it

Save your money for college or something. That's how you put it to good use. If you don't want to do that, my friend put his hard saved money into a Money Market account at his bank. You might want to look into one of those. They're like CDs but set up a bit differently. At least that way, your money will be collecting interest while you figure out what to do with it.

If you feel so guilty about splurging on things, then save up that money for your art school plan. (Which is sorta what that other comment says, now that I clicked the link to read it >.>) Besides, with one less reason to stay at your current job, you're one step closer to moving on to something new.
