Simple question.....why do I find myself waking up....at oh say....4-6 every morning after going to bed at 1-1:30 EVERY night???? and feeling FULLY AWAKE, I might add....I really must have screwed my sleep schedule up last summer doing the 7 days...70-80 hours a week all summer and....almost never sleeping all semester in college.
