This proposal has directly affected myself and many people around me yet it was decided by the people who it did not affect. What happened to freedom and equal protection under the law?
Besides if all marriage issues had been up to voters in the past, inter-racial marriage would still be illegal.
What if a proposal were to be passed which would permanently label you as a second class citizen?
