I didn't see Kyle in it, but HEY! It's still Kyle and he's still hot. I wonder if he'll be back on CSI: NY...

Based on his last scene on CSI: NY, I'm guessing he'll be back. It's supposed to be a reccurring role, anyway, and I don't see a 15-20 minutes appearance in total as a reccuring part.

As for the Smallville trailer, you see him really quick near the end. The close up of a guy with a red hood and black sunglasses? That's him. And when they pan out to show the Justice League walking, he's the last guy on the left, with the red shirt. You have to be looking for him to see him, because like I said, it happens really quick.
