I'm on a limited running schedule until I see my doctor again on Friday. So as the sun comes up, trillian_stars runs laps around the cemetery. I sit under a tree & read a novel. When she runs past I snap photos. When she's done, we eat breakfast in the graveyard. The rest of the world starts to wake up around us.

Sounds like my kind of morning. This morning was too stressful. I took the poodle out this morning and, after much straining and whining, it was determined that I am going to be soaking and cleaning poodle butt when I get home. :( This is something that neither of us is looking forward to.

we have a cat like that. we shave her butt. it's easier that way.

Since I just got the puppy from the shelter in October and this is only the second time his fur has gotten even a little bit long, I am now seeing that I'm going to have to keep his butt groomed a lot better. I'm used to low maintenance mutt dogs. They're like the self-cleaning ovens of the dog world. Poodles are like the juicers of the dog world. They need constant maintenance and supervision.
