Hey hey, guys, guess what? I have some super-inside information, yeah. Here's the original frame which was supposed to be on the last page of chapter 345, I swear it's for real. Kishimoto had to redraw it because it wasn't subtle enough, but it should answer a few questions.

Ah, I see how it's shopped now. Oro's face is head-on, while Sasuke's isn't, and it's exactly the same as in the original. XD
