a quick note on obscene manga

I have a lot of things to talk about lately if I can remember to sit down and type it all out. But for now I figured I'd drop a quick note to talk about the Christopher Handley case going on right now, just in case some people aren't aware of it or forgot. We spoke about it a bit on AWO.

I've been following this case via Neil Gaiman's journal. It just sickens me that in a country that has a Bill of Rights, this is even happening.

Hey! Yeah, I figured you'd probably seen it over at Neil's journal.

I know, it's infuriating. I mean, it's hard to allow/defend stuff that really bothers you, especially if it is something as sensitive and controversial as loli/shota. But like Neil said, law is a blunt instrument and all that. Sometimes you've got to draw the line farther out than you're comfortable with to keep things from getting ugly for everyone.
