So it's kinda funny... it works now. Huh. So in 3 hours, it went from sorry to ok it's working. I guess I wasn't bitching as well the other day. And now though... for the next 2-3 hours, out calls will be on the new phone. But incoming calls will be on the old one. After about 4 hours the old one will stop getting calls, and then it will be just ( Read more... )

phones stuff can be very frustrating. when I used to choose what provider to go with I wouldn't buy one unless I had a friend who had the service...then I'd make them come to my work desk and my home and see what reception was like. Good luck and have a good weekend.

ok, yes, tried it, and it's not so good. I tried the balcony and that is better-ish.

I'm thinking you need some kind of amplifier. Maybe a big antenna out on the balcony and a bare wire running through the house. Or maybe get a long headset cord and tie your phone to a long broomstick, then poke it out the window. You know, some easy solution like that.
