Well, I'm preeetty sure this'll get picked up for subbing eventually. I've been looking at its ratings compared to dramas like Autunm's Concerto and Love You, and none of those broke 4 for their fifth episode. So if this drama keeps being awesome, a subbing group will definitely pick it up. (I hope so, at least. :P)
