These turned out very nice, and it's nice to be able to scope some of the artwork while still at work.
Those lips are terrifying, though then again, the easiest way to draw lips is just with a line, and if someone wants to see the full blown lip detail, then draw a second or even a third line. Less is more for simple sketches like these, and by simple, I mean "not immaculately detailed". For example, the Netami sketch has the impression of where the nose should be, shading where cheek bones should be, and detaildeataildetail lips. Also, something to watch out for is this: You can see the top of the tip of her nose *AND* up her nostril at the same time. Be careful of that.
The Ursa portrait handles that perfectly.
Eyes seem to be your strong point. They really do. Keep at it, cause drawing human beings is *difficult* as anything else. There's a reason I don't draw people. :)
