Just a couple of comments on "The Doctor Dances"

The Doctor wasn't subtle at all about Jack being bisexual, was he?

(Or more like omni-sexual - as in willing to sleep with anything that moved.)

The Doctor was practically green with jealousy, the whole episode. He and Rose may not be lovers, but the Doctor is extremely possessive of his companions.

Jack is just Jack...he will flirt with anything, and I do mean anything.

I think that Empty Child/Doctor Dances has to be my favorite of the eps. for #9. Its just so wrenching and amazing.

These last two eps were amazing and quite adult as far as the series, in general, goes. They've been very straight forward about many things that a lot of series just won't touch. The Doctor doesn't pull any punches. He tells Rose how things are and she doesn't let him hide behind his preconceptions, either.

I'm only seeing the new Dr. Who series as they air on SciFi. I really envy those who've had the opportunity to see them all and to see 10 as well.

Ten is great, but there are things about nine that I miss as well.

I do love that the series as a whole does not shy away from the whole m/m thing.
I love that the girl last night pointed out that it wasn't the wife who was screwing around with the butcher it was the husband. They reminded me of the Dursley's for some reason???
There is also Jack where the Doctor says that he'll pretty much do anything, as long as its possible. LOL

And that Jack had gotten to know the guy at the crash site very well and Rose wasn't his type.

But then again, the series wasn't made for the American market. It was made for the British.
