I can send you that half page.
And I should have known you'd ask. I've added that information to the TakaWiki about a year ago or so, when I researched the Kyogen no Kai. Right now I cannot find the source anymore, but I'll keep looking.

I also got to meet one of the sons of the family, Shigeyama Douji, who speaks flawless English and is rather attractive...also very talented and funny. He taught us how to act like surprised chickens!
Sigh. I want to go back!

That is soooo-... I'm jealous. :P
Well, I guess it's wonderful. It sounds wonderful. I would love to see a kyogen live. (And of course I would DIE to see Mami in one. :P)

I want to know more. They can't still be teaching kyougen, but I wonder when they stopped? And if there are any recordings anywhere? Want to seeeee...

Well *points above* apparently there has been a kyogen-like part in "Sakura", which is on DVD. (I haven't had the chance yet to see it.)
There has been an interview with Shigeyama-sensei on SkyStage in April 2004 that might have revealed some information (and some clips). (I suspect them to have recordings of everything, and it's just the quality that makes the difference.)
