She looks all right; my biggest suggestion would be to change the shirt to a blue and darken the hair.

When were you planning on getting out of town?

As soon as possible. I'll work it out, eventually.

If you're not leaving till the end of September, I'm willing to pay for you to help Dad watch the kids while I'm in Maine. It'll cost me about an extra 250 to take them, plus headaches and nightmares of things going wrong; I'd be willing to pay you that.

I'm not sure I'd still be here. I don't think so.

They're really cute.

How long does it take you to make one, on average? (That'd definitely affect price)

Somewhere between 1-2 hours, I'd say. Do you think $10 is too much?

virescentelf June 28 2008, 21:42:24 UTC
Mm... likely not for that amount of work.

Cuz, like... let's average that out to 1.5 hours. So at 10$ a pop you're getting paid about 6.66$ an hour (According to a friend's math, not mine, since this isn't my forte) give or take some, depending if you take more or less time on the plushie.

Which isn't all that great, considering minimum wage nowadays. Still, I'd say give 10$ a try? If that fails, just lower the price some and go from there? Or if you don't want to make plushies for so small an amount, try something else? And keep in mind there are people out there that want something for *nothing*... *sigh*
