Backtagging?: Go ahead! I love to backtag and if you need to, I'm up for it!
Threadjacking?: Warning ahead of time would be nice before you threadjack please.
Fourthwalling?: If your character knows Devil Summoner, sure, why not. Though, him and Gouto will give you a very confused/you're insane look.

Hugging?: Haha, he probably won't hug you back (unless you're a friend of course)
Kissing?: You can do it but he'll be like 'Why?' later.
Flirting?: Haha... he's just stare at you because flirting doesn't faze him. Go for it~
Fighting?: Sure... if you wanna fight him and his demons.
Injuring?: Sure. He fights, he gets injured, it makes sense.
Killing?: Ask first please.
Telepathy / Mind Reading?: Er, this is a permission issue. His Pagan demons will most likely prevent that.
Now that all that is out of the way.... I needed to make permissions for Raidou because of his demons' skills. See, demons in Devil Summoners fall under different Orders. Each Order has a special ability that can effect people outside of battle. The Orders are as follows: Pyro, Frost, Volt, Wind, Fury, Pagan, Skill, Fiend, Element, Mitama, and Evil.
Now, the skills are as follows:
Pyro Order - Ignite
• Destroys ice barriers and heats up random things... such as people. Have a secret you won't tell, but you're close to blabbing due to anger? Ignite can be used on a person, but they won't catch fire. Instead, they will become enraged and spill their secrets.
Frost Order - Cool Down
• Destroys fire barriers and cools random objects down... just the opposite of Ignite. This ability is literally the chill pill you need... careful about being loose liped after it's used.
Volt Order - Light Up and Inspect
• As name says, light up brightens dark and/or clouded areas while Inspect can reveal hidden items. Neither really affects other people.
Wind Order - Kamikaze and Scout
• Kamikaze allows Raidou to be carried off by tunnels of wind while Scout allows the Wind Order demon to fly high in the sky at orders and search for clues or a criminal. Scout could be used for plotting purposes.
Fury Order - Use Force
• Use Force is mainly for barriers, especially those made of rock. I can't recall it being used on people so this one is safe.
Pagan Order - Read Mind
• Obviously need permission for this one. As name says, a Pagan Order demon (closest to Devils as we'll get) can read a person's mind and transfer those thoughts to Raidou. Of course, he won't use this ability willy-nilly... unless you're hiding some important information or you say it's okay. :3
Skill Order - Transform and Demonstrate
• Another obviously in need of permission skill. Transform is as it means; however, it requires a DNA (hair) sample for it to work. Raidou can become a perfect replica of whoever he collected the sample from, be it animal, human, etc. and it's not just a simple illusion either. He has no real reason to transform into other characters unless plot or investigation purposes (or screwing around but he's not an uber troll), but I'd like to know who's okay with it and who's not. As for Demonstrate, it's a totally random ability that only affects Raidou so no need to worry.
Fiend and Evil have no skills... but they're pretty damn intimidating on their own since classes consist the the Riders of the Apocalyspe and zombies. Mitama and Elements are mainly for fusion purposes and don't have any out of battle skills either.
If possible, could you respond telling me whether any of the skills will not work/you don't want to work on your character? If you're fine with them working and want to limit them, just state the reasons why.
Finally, the last part of this. In Devil Summoner universe, demons are invisible to those not trained to see demons/unable to see the supernatural. Please just say whether or not your characters can see them or not; it would be a big help! (also, if your character can't see them, sorry about the random invisible nudges you might get from the friendlier demons)
