OMG! Look how long it's been! Well, my good friends know I'm always at dugpa. I HAVE to make time to watch at least some of my Gold Box Set. To make sure it's not one of the faulty ones. Is your back sore because of an injury? Btw, if you're walking on your treadmill and you put the level up high (to emulate walking uphill), then I suggest that you go back to ground level just until your back gets better.

I thought that just exercising speeds up your metabolism. It's not how fast you go. You should definitely slow down, especially since you've hurt your back.

I got this hint from a physical education major. She use to drink coffee (or any caffeinated drink) to raise her metabolism after a work out. She said that it worked.I have no idea because how does one measure that? Maybe it's worth a try,

Btw, what is your diet consisting of anyway? It's not good that you're always hungry/starving.

I have only one person to get Chanukah gifts for so I guess my shopping is done!
