I know I try to live my life like I'd be okay to go at any time. I'm happy with most of the things I've done in life. I don't think it's especially easy, but I wish you luck with it.

For the record, though, I'm glad you're in my life; you're one of the few people I actively seek and IM when I see you online ;)

Thanks for writing this. And I can kind of answer it, a little, by saying that I can't imagine remembering Matt as a stoner with depression, even though he's very easily classified by those words. I'm remembering what makes me feel good to remember, and it's the same for most everyone in my life who has died. The bad memories fade, but the good ones, the positive impact, is branded on me forever.
