I am sure all of you are just dying to know all about how my maths exams went, too bad because I will tell you anyway. But consider yourself lucky as I am using a cut.( Read more... )
You should definitely read the Regeneration trilogy, I loved it. And you think you have Prom problems? I have to take a politics exam and the English AEA on the Same Day as my prom. I'll barely have time to rush home to get changed let alone do anything with my hair. AND I haven't got a dress either. *sobs*. :p
And I like your icon. It's kind of cool and floaty.
I want to and I have to as it is highly recommended further reading, but I still haven't for some reason. What english syllabus are you on? I am guessing not the literature from and about the Great War module.
Man, that sucks. Why would they do your prom during exam time? And I thought day after results come out is stupid. But don't worry you will find a fabulous dress and it will be perfect!
Heh, thanks I was thinking people would be sick of all the pink.
Why are you guessing not? That's the reason I read it, actually, and very glad I did. Wait didn't we have a conversation before about the battlefields trip? Or was that someone else? *is stupid*
I don't know. I guess it is kind of the end of the exams (though some poor people have maths AEA next day.) And I am v nervous about dresses (going shopping next week, will post pics, possibly) as I have a tendency to look crap. Silly worries rule, they're way better than real ones.
Oh, haha yes we did have a conversation about the battlefield trips, I guess I am just real slow with connecting the dots. :D
Still mid exams is silly, my GCSE one was before the exams, which was weird too, but better. Post pics! Pics are great! I am sure you don't look crap in a dress. But worrying about that is *way* better than worrying about failing! Yay.
*hugs* Well done for surviving Maths exams! Try not to worry about P3, I think it was just an evil exam for everyone. People at my school were crying afterwards and if everyone finds it hard, the grade boundaries go down, right? I can totally relate to the whole so-near-yet-so-far fear. Meeeep. I'm dreading Results Day already! Not good.
Arms and the Man...did they get the title from the opening of The Aeneid by any chance?
Trivial worries are the best! Takes your mind off of more scary things. I too, have no idea what to do with my hair and am struggling with the whole dress situation. At least I decided to go solo, no date hassle to worry about!
I warn you, Star Wars is meant to be rubbish. I used to love the old films a while back, but the new ones are nothing in comparison. Though yay for Ewan McGregor! And Yoda. He's so sweet. :)
I like your icon, which is pretty big for me as I don't usually like pink! It's nice, all pretty and tranquil. :) *takes cookies gratefully*
That is *exactly* what I kept telling myself, it was so bad and they can't have everyone failing. Results day is farfar away. Yes.
Um, I have absolutely no idea. :)
No date here either, the way I figure it I am going to say goodbye to my friends not spend the night with some guy. And in my old school, I am the guest.
Is it, boo! But nonetheless I will link you to Maya's recap, for it is brilliant. I am down with the Ewan love. *hugs*
I like your icon, I see it, and well, think of you. Which makes me a happy person. Its like, I see her, and go "Yeah! I post from my friend!".
And can I pick the kind of cookie? *scurries back into hiding*
As for Star Wars, I love the original 3, the last two were so bad I do not even remember them, but I want to see the new one. Cause I am a sucker like that.
Yay for having survived your (first set of?) math exams!
Regarding Star Wars: You should definitely watch the first three movies, they are great! I'm going to watch the new one tomorrow. I actually planned to see it the first day it was in the cinemas, but I was stuck doing late shifts the whole week :-( You've been reading SW slash? Links, please!!!!
And your default icon looks really pretty. You should totally keep it! *takes a bite of offered cookies, mmh yummy*
Yay indeed! It is nice to know you are alive I was planning on emailing to make sure. :)))
I will, I intend too. Hope you like it and then you'll tell me whether I should see it or not. As for the slash I found random links, which I can't right now, but I have also...well mainly been reading Haiden/Ewan RPS. I was just ashamed to admit it in my post. But I will link you to that, click! It also has Jude Law, always a good thing.
Thank you! *beams* It is just so perfect for my recently updated layout.
Also if you ever come online, IM me even if I don't seem to be there. <3333
