If it happens again, I will! But I don't think it will, it hasn't ever before. I am eating okay, I think it was the hot water. My mum said it can lower your blood pressure, which is what makes you faint. I think.
Heyo, this is random as I don't know you and accientally stumbled here via ontd_p - but it's a very good bet that you fainted due to low blood pressure. Having a hot bath or shower sharply lowers blood pressure in most people (especially women) and so when you stand or try to move your heart can't pump hard enough and the blood flow to your brain is too weak for you to retain consciousness.
A super hot bath will have meant your blood pressure lowered quite a lot, and your core temperature won't have needed your hot blood to maintain it - so your bp was even lower. If its near your time of the month, that maybe is part of it too. You may already have low bp - I know this cos I do, and have done exactly what you did about five times. Lukewarm baths/showers are what you probably need (sorry! I know it sucks!).
This has happened to you five times? Oh dear, that's really awful, you should be more careful! Thanks for the comment, I thought it probably was low blood pressure, because I think I have it already as well as low blood sugar (I feel faint when I'm hungry, so a combination of the two: not fun) but hadn't really had that problem with hot showers. I am not used to taking baths, so accidentally made it too hot, which is definitely a mistake I will not be repeating.
Thanks, bruised knees is definitely much better than many alternatives. :) Do you mean in the shower, or general fainting? Will need to research this, hopefully it won't happen again.

If it happens again, you should probably go to a doctor! Are you eating okay? Are you stressed? *grabby hands*
