Chapter 9
The school bell just rang at 3.45 p.m. sharp. My first day in school isn’t that bad except that I don’t have any recollection of myself going to school. *sigh* There’s a girl, Shida Mirai, she sat beside me in class. She took me around the school. But it’s quite uncomfortable as two guys in suits follow us around. Shida-san explained to me that this is for our safety. The weird thing is that only my classmates have these people following us around. I also found out that Shida-san is a good friend of Yamada-san and Kamiki-san, another classmate of mine.
“Bye-bye. See you tomorrow!” Shida said while waving. I saw nii-chan and the rest standing at the school gate.
“Nori-chan!” Junno called out.
“Junno-chan…” I said and smiled.
“How’s your day?” Nakamaru asked.
“Fine…” I answered as we get in the car.
“I’m so sorry; we have to return back to work after we drop you home.” Kame said.
“It’s okay.”
“There’s food on the table if you still need to eat.” Kouki said.
“‘kay, thanks.”
They left right after I got into the house. It’s so quiet living in such a huge house since I’m the only one here.
“I’m going out today.” I told everyone in the kitchen. All of them stared at me with a disbelieving look on their face.
“What? Can’t I go out with my friends?”
“Who are you going with?” Akanishi asked.
“Yamada-san…”
“Where are you going?” Akanishi interrupted.
“Around Tok…”
“How are you going to go?” Akanishi interrupted again.
“Are there anymore questions?” I asked; annoyed that I was interrupted twice by nii-chan.
“I’m just being concerned…as a brother.” Akanishi said.
“Yamada-san and I will walk together to the subway to meet with the rest. Shida-san, Kamiki-san, Nakajima-san and Chinen-san will be there too. They are bringing me for sightseeing around Tokyo and Shida-san and I will have some girl time together.” I explained. It’s been a week since I studied in Hirokoshi. I knew all my classmates and they treated me very nicely. After I told them that I just got back from another country, all of them suggested that we should go out and have some fun. At last, I can hang out with someone around my age.
“Oh, okay. How much money do you need?” Kame asked.
“I don’t know…I haven’t been outside except for the trip to the hospital and the time where you guys buy me clothes.”
“I’m sorry we aren’t the ones who bring you around.” Junno said with a guilty look.
“It’s okay…”
“How about each of us give her 3000¥?” Nakamaru suggested.
“That is more than enough…”
“You can keep the change and use it when you need it the next time.” Ueda said.
“Okay…”
“Nii-chan, can I go?” I asked again.
“Yea, whatever. Just make sure you come home in one piece.” Akanishi said and went up to his room.

“Oh, man…that girl is trying to kill me. Why am I feeling so anxious? She’s just going out with a friend. Okay, maybe a guy friend…boyfriend. Argh!! But she’ll meet with the rest at the subway station right?” I keep talking to myself while walking back and forth.
At times, I would walk over to the window to see if she left already. I heard a slam on the door and I quickly walk to the window. What? She’s wearing a skirt? She should’ve worn a longer one and what’s with her shirt? She could have caught a cold. Where’s her scarf? How can they let her go out like this? Argh, this is seriously killing me.
“Akanishi.” Kame called my name and opens my room door.
“Oh my god, you gave me a fright. You could’ve at least knocked the door.” I said while walking towards my bed, pretending that I don’t know anything.
“She went out already.” Kame said.
“Really?”
“Yea…”
“Is there anything else?”
“No…I was just wondering what is that look on your face.”
“What look?”
“The look that you have when someone is trying to take your food away.”
“You’re just imagining things, Kazuya.”
“Fine.” Kame said and closes the door. I ran back to the window to see where she is. Yamada, don’t expect to see the sunlight again if she’s not home in one piece. She’s about to turn for the corner. Damn it, I can’t see her now.
“Gotcha!” Kame said as he open the door again without knocking.
“I was just…I heard some noises so I went to take a look.” I said as I walk away from the window.
“Yea, right. Come on, let’s go.”
“Where?”
“To where you heart is.”
“Where is that?”
Somehow, everyone (KAT-TUN) was disguising and followed Nori all the way from their house to Shibuya.
“Eh, Akanishi, we’ve been following them for almost an hour.” Kouki said.
“Shh...They can hear us,” I whispered and crept.
“I wondered why Akanishi wasn’t starred in a detective show.” I heard Ueda say. There’s nothing going on between Yamada and Nori…yet. Oh my god…there’s something seriously wrong with me.
Now we have to cross the famous Shibuya crossing. There are so many people and we lost sight of them for a moment.
“Where are they now?” I started panicking. All of us can’t find them.
“Yea, where are they?” Nakamaru asked.
“Yamada-kun is over there.” Ueda said. We ran towards them when we didn’t see Nori anywhere around them.
“Where’s Nori?” I asked them. They were shocked to see us here.
“We don’t know…”Nakajima-kun answered.
“What do you mean you don’t know?” I started yelling.
“Akanishi, calm down.” Kame said.
“Where was the last time you saw her?” Kame asked calmly.
“She was behind me when we were about to cross the road.” Shida-san said.
“Let’s started searching separately. She might not have gone too far.” Nakamaru said.
“Her cell phone is off too.” I said after I tried calling her phone.
“Why don’t you try waiting at home? Who knows she went home after she got lost.” Junno said. I ran instantly after that. I didn’t care about the staring looks and pushed everyone that is blocking my way. Why did the subway have to be packed with people now?
I reached home after 15 minutes, panting from running. It’s been a long time since I ran this much. I quickly unlock the gate and bolted for the door, leaving the gate open. I don’t see Nori’s shoes on the rack. Maybe she brought it upstairs to her room. I saw a light blinking on the phone indicating someone left a message as soon as I enter the house. I went forward and press the play button to listen to it.
Hi, I don’t think I have any need to introduce myself. But I’m known as the stalker of Hirokoshi’s student. I found your ‘sister’s’ story very interesting. The famous Akanishi Jin has a sister? I bet the media would pay a lot for this news. Come alone to an abandoned factory at (…). Don’t forget that I’ve warned you. A person in an alienated voice said.
I panicked for a moment, not knowing what to do. I quickly grab my car keys that are hung inside a box next to the door. I took one final look around the house to make sure that I wasn’t fooled. I jumped down from the top to the bottom of the stairs leading to the garage after I lock the doors.
“Kame, I found out Nori’s location. She’s kidnapped. I’m going to meet her kidnapper in an abandoned factory at (…) now.” I said after punching Kame’s number on the key pad while driving.
“Don’t go in al…”
I hung up before he managed to finish his sentence. I drove more than 120 km/h. I must be crazy driving this fast. I managed to reach the place within 5 minutes. The kidnapper chose a perfect location. This factory is like a place in the middle of a desert. One won’t know if someone got killed here. I hope I won’t be the first.
