Whatever this thing was that I was sick with yesterday has decided to stick around a bit longer. Except, you know, to slightly change/mutate symptoms. Yesterday it was a wee bit of congestion, a dry hacking cough, a rawly sore throat, and a mild feeling of fatigue and all-over malaise. Possibly with a small fever

Why oh why oh why am I even still contemplating going to work today? Bleh.

My husband has called out of work 4 days in a row (he won't lose his job...they love him too much) because I've been so sick I can't be upright for long stints of time. He makes me go back to bed when I try and do stuff for the kids, or clean, or any of my normal stuff. So no going to work! You need to sleep and rest and eat chicken soup.
