Recipe: New England blueberry muffins.

After the success of last night's attempt at pad thai, I decided to break out a recipe I stumbled over on a tangent to last weekend's investigation into gardening (and, specifically, blueberry bushes). I adapted it a little bit because I'm so fond of putting certain spices in my baking.

You realise that I'm saving all of your recipes to Memories?

It's too bad you didn't use the zest. Personally, I'd be interested to see what the taste would be like with half lemon/half orange zest.

Now you're making me want to bake ... stuff. Preferably with alcohol in it!

*grin* You say that as though it's a bad thing! I'll experiment with adding citrus next time round. At the moment, I'm seriously considering baking up some more of those White Chip Spice Island Cookies once I get home tonight.
