The problem I have with Joss Whedon is that I've had enough of his shenanigans - I stop letting him in. I watch his stuff with my brain now. *le sigh*

A lot of stuff I can watch with my brain, so much so that I'll be making impromptu guesses about how something's going to end within the first quarter or half of a TV show. Sometimes I'm right, sometimes I'm wrong... but Joss has this style of writing that still always seems to leave me in shock.

Strangely enough, I don't think I've ever seen Swanson in anything aside from the original Buffy movie.
