I wouldn't mind Blaine looking ridiculous, but I'm really worried that he'll look controlling and like he doesn't care about Kurt's feelings. Proposing to a person you're not dating, a person who's currently in a relationship with someone else has some unfortunate overtones. Furthermore, I don't want this to be like Finchel in season three, where they only got together because they knew their relationship was ultimately doomed, and it was clearly a desperate attempt to save it

Well, there's a few episodes between now and then, I'm waiting to see what happens. They looked very happy and comfortable together in the spoiler picture from that episode and according to Joaquin they have been shooting for five days together. That sounds like lots of scenes and lots of development, so maybe it will make some sense that Blaine thinks he has a shot at a yes. Or, maybe he will decide against proposing, since the spoilers are very carefully worded that he "wants to" propose and that he looks at rings - not that he buys one or that he actually proposes. The presence of adult mentors in the jewelry store, and knowing they will be recurring, tells me that this story has some swerves ahead and it's likely that Blaine will be convinced that if it's right, it will happen in due time and not to rush it, and may not even buy the ring. This story sounds like it's going to be revisited with this older lesbian couple next season so, that sounds like something more gradual. But to be fair - - there's been very little buildup

The lesbian couple is the only reason I'm even slightly excited about this storyline. This is Glee, so there's always the possibility that they could fuck it up, but I'm looking forward to what type of advice/mentorship they could give Kurt and Blaine. Especially if it's going to extend into next season.
And I do see where you're coming from. Blaine proposing is much less OOC than Blaine cheating, so at least it's a step up from TBU. After all the boredom and misery, I can't fault anyone for taking happiness where they can. I'm just worried that Blaine will come across like an asshole. Someone suggested that, since the episode is titled All or Nothing, Blaine will give Kurt an ultimatum, which would be awful on a number of levels. I don't mind Glee not making sense - despite my reservations, I ended up enjoying 4.14; I'm just worried about character or relationship assassination.
Kurt's answer is so gonna be the cliffhanger. And I don't see them not being together or at least working on it next season because the lesbian couple is suppose to return in season 5 to be their mentors so
You know, I'm not really excited about this spoiler either. However, I am having the time of my life laughing my ass off reading the reaction and rage of some portions of the fandom (you guys know the people I'm talking about) about this spoiler. And no, I'm not even sorry about it.
