Gonna say it, I don't mind this development. The article says the new guy is this season's "villain" and I think it'd be interesting to see how Kurt and Blaine handle not being each others "only option".

Also, I think this says that Kurt and Blaine are getting the same high school soap opera drama we've come to expect with every other couple on this show. And that I really like.

Chris did say they were writing something right now that made him "love Klaine even more", remember? There is a test, that other party he keeps making flippant comments about, and the boys stay solid.
