Some of you may have seen these on Glee Forum and tumblr already, but a fan who recently bought the Production Draft script for 'Original Song' on eBay shared scans of some of the changes that were made (including a few Kurt/Blaine scenes) and Brad Falchuk confirmed the script is legit.

Some scans were posted earlier on this community, but the ( Read more... )

I kind of tend to agree, although I would've enjoyed a few of the smaller lines (about Pavarotti, and the "claws are out" ones maybe). Mostly, I just like the look inside the writers heads regarding the two of them (and some of the scene descriptions in other parts of the script were hilarious).

a couple at last.

@.@ so much love. seriously.

i think it's funny that david's the one with the gavel XD

i wish that blaine had talked about the claws, and even thought blaine's line about warblers was sweet, i like that he isn't completely obvious in the episode, because it makes the scene of blaine's confession that much more of a surprise and more important, but that's just me :)

Hmm, it seems Blaine originally had a random facts nerd trait that they decided to write out: the single warbler not singing (sweet) and actually knowing who has literally died on stage. I'm wondering if that idea will ever resurface.

I in a way also wanted them to keep the BICO reference which would mean that Blaine had been thinking about the duet and probably beating himself over his clueless self.

Think we can still count this as it being officially canon that Blaine's an oblivious nerd? I hope they expand on that next year!

In general, I like the aired version more but I LOVE the Warbler line and wish they kept that, and I also wish we had that Pavarotti backstory moment. Because that's funny.

It's soooooo so canon, too. You know Pav would've done all that, and more.
