I'm sorry, but please just allow me to go all pedant here for a moment:

Wrong Gladwell book, Darren. The Bill Gates/Beatles/10000 hours thing comes from "Outliers", not "Tipping Point". "Tipping Point" is the one with syphilis in Baltimore.

OK, Darren, you may now continue being adorable.

(OK, true fact: I stan for Malcolm Gladwell. Not because his science is good, or compelling, in fact most of the time it isn't. But holy shit do I want his career. So, in short, I'm having a worlds-collide-brains-explode kind of moment here.)

Hee, which is hysterical to me, because I spend most of my life surrounded by young men who read the hell out of Gladwell, although mostly to mock him because his science is spotty. Seriously, I would be happy to ship some of them to you. :D :D :D

Oh, Darren, so hipster, so adorable. <3

This was a really good interview. I always thought it would be amazing to be on glee but it actually sounds like a nightmare. I'd get so confused by everything and just fail miserably. So, so much respect for everyone who works on the show.

I kind of stopped breathing/screamed with happiness. He plays a million instruments, speaks Italian and reads malcolm Gladwell. One day, I will find someone like him. AKSJHDHSJ.
