Kurt Big Bang 2015 - Posting Info

We're trying to explain this in the least complicated way possible but bear with us. And please do ask us any questions you may have.
How posting works:

• Authors, with the help of their artists, will be responsible for posting the fic and art in one combined post. You may post on AO3, LJ, or Tumblr. (The fic can be cross-posted anywhere else you like, but at least one of those three must be included and art must be included on all posts on those three sites.)
• Once the fic has been posted (not before), artists are welcome to make an art post that we will also reblog. This does not have to be the same day. We may not reblog art posts on the same day regardless of when they are posted, in order to spread out promotion of each fic.
• NC-17 art must be behind the cut on tumblr and LJ.
• If you have a tumblr, we would prefer that the author make a tumblr post including the art and fic (or a link to the fic), but this is not required. It is, however, the best way of getting your fic seen!
• The fic (with art included) must be posted by 11:00pm EST on your assigned day. It must credit the author, artist, and beta.
• The entire fic must be posted on your posting day. If you wish to spread out posting over the day please make sure there is a masterpost for us to reblog if posting to tumblr.
• Once you have posted, please send us a link via email or tumblr message to your posted fic. We will then reblog your tumblr post or make a post on our blog with a link to your fic.

How to include your fic within the challenge (at least one of the following):

• If you make a tumblr post for your fic, you must include the tag “Kurt Big Bang Fic”.
• If you are making an art post, use the tag "Kurt Big Bang Art"
• If you post on AO3, you must post to the challenge “Kurt_Big_Bang_2015”. You will need to type that in. It will not show up in autocomplete. You can either go directly to the challenge (here) and click post to challenge or you can type that directly into the "collection" field
• If you post on LJ, you must post directly to the KHBB community (kurt_bigbang.livejournal.com). This is our least prefered method because of LJ posting limits, but you're welcome to do it.

How will the posting schedule be decided:

• The posting schedule will be determined randomly.
• All authors will be asked to give days on which they cannot (so days you can't get to a computer, not just days you don't like) post at the last check in (open now on LJ).
• We may not reblog art posts on the same day, in order to spread out promotion of each fic.
• Posting will be one fic a day October 20th to November 7th.

We will post the schedule as soon as we are finished with it, but please be patient while we gather information from the check in and put it together.
